I need someone that can edit my Youtube videos for me.

I need tops and tails, sound mixing of audio and music and graphic inserts into my YouTube videos. Maximum length is ten minutes. They are not too graphics heavy. I will provide ALL the assets, but the editor will need to put them into the right places and make the whole thing beautiful. I prefer to work with editors who flourish in an environment of autonomy and trust. I don't like micromanaging because that stifles creativity.
