Do you have problems defining your personal goal? Do not know how to make them specific? Can not make them tangible or visualize them? Use 60 minutes with me to understand what your goal is or get it specific. This can be personal or business related. We will go through a model together and you will realise what you are dreaming of achieving. Using cognitive methods you will know clearly what you will gain from achieving your goal. I am a transformative coach and use the following steps in my coaching process: Goal setting - blockers - circuit breaking - awareness - commitment In this one-on-one session we will look at the goal setting, the first step to help you moving forward on your goal.
