Coaching is non-directive at its core That means, unlike mentoring or consultancy, I do not give you advice on what I think you should do.
Instead, I partner with you to explore your own situation, strengths and a positive way forward that is designed by you and therefore works for you in the best way.
Sessions are 60 minutes in length and are carried out over Zoom. I can also offer a discovery call to see if it's the right fit for you.
