Ever fancied trying something new? Find jogging boring or gyms intimidating? Pole dancing/fitness is a unique blend of dance, gymnastics and strengthening. It's the perfect sport for beginners. I will teach you the fundamentals and build up in a way which is suited to your preferences. Pole is incredibly adaptable so we can find your style - and it doesn't have to be sexy! I hear people say they are not strong or flexible enough but it is not true. You would be so surprised at how quickly you can build strength. I have been doing pole for over 10 years and have been teaching for a total of 6 years. I have also taken several workshops from professional polers and competition winners.
